A lean, three-page launch site built to turn a Friday-night search into a booth booking. Live before your doors open, not after.
ScrollThank you for bringing Aura to us. You asked for something lean, and that is exactly what this is: three pages, a clear visual direction pulled from the logo you already own, and every booking pushed straight into SevenRooms.
Below is the idea behind it, what gets built, what it costs and how we'd work together.
Inge Loock, Creative Director at Studio Loock
By the time they search, they have already decided to go out.
The only question left is where. So the site has one job: make Aura look like the better night, and get them into a booth or onto the guest list before they change their mind.
Every club site on the coast is neon and shouting, and loud reads as cheap. Your logo does the opposite. Deep black, generous space, one metallic accent, very large type. In a category that shouts, the venue that lowers its voice reads as the premium one.
Take your average booth spend and multiply it by one extra booking a week. That is all this site has to earn to pay for itself, and it is a low bar for a venue like yours.
Studio Loock is a creative agency built around branding, websites and SEO. We're led personally by Inge Loock, working directly with a small team of trusted specialists rather than handing your project off to strangers. Recent work includes Loyal Crush, a cruelty-free beauty brand delivered end to end, from identity through to website.
You already have the logo, so this is not a full brand identity and it is not priced like one. We set the visual direction, then build the three pages on it.
Two honest notes. We can only embed the booking flows once your SevenRooms account is live and your booking types are configured inside it, and that part is done by you or by SevenRooms, not us. Separately, directory listings for an existing "Aura Broadbeach" bar and restaurant already appear in Gold Coast search results. If that is you rebranding, those listings need claiming. If it is not, the club will be competing for its own name. Worth checking before launch.
Three pages is the right number for opening. Once you know which nights sell, adding an events or functions page is a small next step rather than a guess made before the doors open.
Loyal Crush: website design & development by Studio Loock
Roughly 3 to 4 weeks from deposit to launch, assuming content arrives on time.
Which means the deposit needs to land about a month before you open. The weeks either side of an opening are the only time a new venue gets free attention. Every person who hears about Aura in that window either finds something that books them, or finds nothing at all.
A short session on the venue, the nights and the booth tiers, then the site direction back to you inside week one.
Photography, booth tiers and pricing, hours, door rules and your SevenRooms booking types. This is the one thing that can hold up a launch, so we flag it early.
Three pages built on the approved direction, two rounds of revisions on the build, every booking path tested on real phones, then a walkthrough before we go live.
$3,000 AUD + GST
Everything itemised below is included in this figure
Less than most venues spend on an opening-night bar tab, for the thing that keeps filling booths every week after it.
Available, but not in the $3,000
Real numbers now, so there is no surprise second quote later. Add any of them at any point, including after launch.
Hosting & care, from launch
Either you host it and we hand over every credential, or we host and maintain it from $50 a month prepaid, $60 paid yearly, or $75 monthly with no lock-in. That covers daily off-server backups, SSL, managed updates and a server tuned for speed.
Billed to you directly, never marked up by us
Three rounds in total: one on the site direction, then two on the built site. Anything beyond that is billed at $120 an hour.
A walkthrough and documentation, so you're never locked out of your own site.
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST, mostly by email. We know that's the opposite of your trading hours, so we'll plan launch timing around it.
Two are included: kickoff and the direction presentation. Additional time is billed hourly.
Aura Broadbeach is engaging Studio Loock as an independent contractor for a site direction and three-page website package.
Invoices are sent at the dates in the chosen payment plan and are due within 3–5 days.
If content, photography or SevenRooms configuration is not delivered promptly, Studio Loock is not responsible for delays this causes.
Changes to the agreed scope may attract additional fees. Extra hours outside scope are billed at $120/hour.
SevenRooms, hosting and domain services are provided by third parties under their own terms. We integrate and configure them but do not control their availability or pricing.
Aura Broadbeach guarantees it owns or is permitted to use everything supplied, including the existing logo. Studio Loock retains the right to display the completed site in its portfolio.
This proposal is the sole agreement between the parties. Additional work must be authorised by a written change order.
Either party may terminate with two weeks' written notice. Aura Broadbeach remains liable for work completed to that point.
If it's a yes, reply with these three and we'll send the invoice today. The deposit holds your spot on our calendar, and we start that week.
Yes to the three pages at $3,000 + GST, on Option A or Option B?
Your opening date, so we can work backwards from it.
Who's writing the copy and shooting the photography, you or us?
Anything you're unsure about, call me on 0402 677 117 and we'll sort it in five minutes rather than five emails.
Broadbeach has plenty of places to go out. It does not have many that look like they know exactly what they are. Aura already does, and we'd love to build the front door for it.
Warmest regards,
Inge Loock
